Each week our farm manager, Cal Champagne and fair food coordinator Kristin Watson, writes a letter to our fruit and veg box customers. The topic ranges from what’s happening on the Green Connect farm to why we do what we do to a special person or a plant he wants to celebrate. We also let customers know what is in the box and include some recipes to use that week’s produce.
