Baked by skilled Wollongong bakers, Miller’s Local Bakehouse, our new sourdough bread weighs in at approx 700g. Each loaf is lovingly made using a blend of plain (bakers) and wholemeal flour, both sourced in Australia.
Miller’s have been baking in Wollongong for over 2 years, growing out of the well-loved cafe, Sandygoodwich. Millers’ is committed to using local ingredients, local labour, no preservatives and no additives. When making their range of delicious range of cakes and sweets, they always use free-range eggs and seasonal produce.
