Late last year, we got Simon and Tom from Caveau (1 hat restaurant in Wollongong) to turn our free-range pork bones into a hearty nutritious bone broth.
This broth is a must-have in all kitchens and is great to add to soups, sauces and stews or even just drank on its own.
(A lot of intermittent fasting guides recommends swapping out a meal now and then for a cup of chemical-free bone broth).
So what can be better than locally produced, chemical-free, pork bone broth, which also supports Green Connect and the local community?
The bone broth is available in 500g and 1kg frozen vacuum packs to be picked up from our Green Connect Office in Port Kembla.
