We know that there are people in our community who are doing it tough, either because of the current COVID lockdown across Wollongong, Shellharbour and Greater Sydney, or for other reasons.
Some folks are experiencing financial hardship right now, some people are particularly vulnerable to COVID-19 and have had to quarantine themselves, some have kids stuck at home who have run out of things to do and are wreaking havoc, and some people are lonely and socially isolated.
You can help by donating a care package to someone in need. We are working with local charities including Wollongong Homeless Hub, and accepting nominations from the community for people who could do with a free care package. We then find out what they most need and hand-pick a variety of good quality, gently-used items from our beautiful op shop to drop at their door.
