IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before you book:
- The site is a working farm and visitors must participate in a safety briefing before entering.
- The terrain at the farm is particularly steep and slippery in parts. The guided tour involves a moderately strenuous walk and is not accessible for prams, wheelchairs, or people with moderate mobility issues. Infants will need to be carried. If anyone in your group isn’t able to participate in the tour, they are welcome to stay in the party space during the tour time.
- Plants love rain and so do we! We don’t cancel events in wet weather unless there is a dangerous storm. Rain (and mud!) is all part of the fun.
- Allergen advice: Our farm is home to domestic animals as well as bees, wasps, and macadamia trees. Please pack an EpiPen if allergic and keep it with you at all times.
All farm visitors must:
- Wear enclosed shoes or boots (no thongs or sandals allowed) and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Long pants are recommended.
- Bring a hat and sunscreen or rain gear, depending on the weather forecast.
School Holiday Family Farm Tour

Green Connect hosts a range of school holiday experiences for local families. This 90-minute Family Farm Tour will include an interactive and informative tour, on which you’ll visit the thriving market gardens and food forests and seek out the free-range goats, sheep, pigs and chickens to offer them a pat and a feed! You’ll learn about the incredible story of the Green Connect Farm and hear about how we work with nature to grow and distribute food in a truly sustainable way.
Please note, this Family Farm Tour does not include play time in the children’s garden. If you have younger children and would like an experience which involves play time, please book in for our School Holiday Play Day.
This Family Farm Tour is suitable for children and families of all ages. Please arrive promptly at the time advertised on your ticket, we will leave for the Farm tour no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled time, and late arrivals may not necessarily be able to join the tour if we have already departed.
