  • Corporate day Illlawarra charity outdoors
Looking for a hands-on teambuilding activity that makes a difference? We offer corporate days on the Green Connect farm in Wollongong, working alongside the young people and former refugees that we employ, to plant, weed, water, prune, mulch or otherwise contribute to the development of our permaculture wonderland. With two creeklines full of native plants, a market garden and food forest with 55 varieties of fruit, vegetables and herbs, and lots of animals, there's a range of activities for staff to do. Please contact us at enquiries@green-connect.com.au for more information and pricing.

  • At Green Connect, we create jobs for young people and former refugees, we reduce waste, and we grow fair food - food that is good for the people who grow it (fair wages and a good job), good for the people who eat it (healthy and pesticide-free) and good for the planet (sold locally and without polluting the planet). We have been creating an urban farm in Warrawong for more than six years and love sharing it with others. We invite you to come and see what happens when you take 11 acres of scrub, a team of passionate, hardworking staff and volunteers, and permaculture and organic farming principles. You'll see how our market gardens work, our food forest that is slowly producing fruit, and meet the free-range sheep, pigs and/or chickens who have arrived in the last year. We'll also talk about Green Connect as a whole, what running a social enterprise entails, and our plans for the future. Where: Green Connect Farm in Warrawong What to bring:
