    We cant guarantee what cuts will be in your pack, and unfortunately, you can't pick and choose. But we will make sure that each 5kg pack includes, mince, sausages and a pork roast (chump, neck or shoulder) as well as one or more of the cuts below.

    • Stock and Crackling pack (10kg packs only) *
    *Stock and the crackling pack will include, bones, skin and trotters and will be calculated at $10/kg so 10kg packs will be weighing around 11kg.  
  • We offer free-range pork, raised in the best possible conditions, every three months. Our pigs were raised on our permaculture farm in Warrawong, where they moved about different areas of the farm and feasted on leftover fruit, vegetables and plants – which also helps us to cultivate the soil. Our pigs are rotated so they always have fresh pasture. They live in the sunshine, roll in mud, and act like pigs. Their addition gives us the capacity to convert food waste into meat. They also help us control weeds and vegetable stubble in our cropping areas, without synthetic chemicals. They spare us from fungal issues that can occur from stubble build up. They fertilize our soil with manure. Their digging forces and mixes organic matter deep into the ground. We raise them seasonally, so meat is available every 3 months.   • Pork Cuts (Frozen)

    Pork Cuts from our free-range pigs from our Green Connect farm. All cuts are frozen and available to pick up from our Green Connect office in Port Kembla during office hours or during an arranged time. The pork is from our October 2018 and February 2019 packs, and are stored vacuum-packed in a chest freezer. Please make sure to bring a cool bag when collecting your pork.
